By downloading or using the NN Empire app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. App Description

  • Cultural Heritage: Access to museums, events, and history.
  • E-commerce: Antiques, photos, artwork, clothing, souvenirs.
  • Food Ordering: Restaurant listings & delivery.
  • Real Estate: Property browsing.
  • Languages: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Chinese.

3. User Accounts

  • Provide correct details when registering.
  • Keep your login details safe.
  • Must be 18+ to register or buy.

4. E-Commerce Terms

  • Product info is for reference; availability may change.
  • Prices in SAR (with VAT). Payments: COD & Moyasar.
  • Delivery depends on location; we aren’t liable for delays.

5. Food Orders

  • Restaurant details from partners; may not always be accurate.
  • Orders depend on restaurant hours.
  • We’re not responsible for food quality or delivery.

6. Cultural Content

  • All content owned by NN Empire or partners.
  • You may not copy, share, or modify without permission.
  • YouTube videos follow YouTube’s rules.

7. Privacy

  • We collect name, contact, account, usage, and payment info.
  • Data is used only to provide services. Not sold.
  • Secured with encryption and audits.

8. Languages

  • Available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Chinese.
  • In case of conflict, English version applies.

9. Prohibited Uses

  • No unlawful use or hacking.
  • No reverse engineering.
  • No interfering with app functions.

10. Availability & Updates

  • We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee it.
  • Updates may be required for continued use.

11. Disclaimers

  • App is provided “as is.”
  • No liability for indirect damages.
  • Maximum liability = amount paid.

12. Law & Disputes

  • Saudi law applies.
  • Disputes handled in Saudi courts or arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms
