How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or via the courier’s website.

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a reset link via your registered email.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery charges depend on the total order value, weight or size of the items, and the delivery distance. You’ll see the exact cost before you confirm your order at checkout.

While we strive to deliver to as many places as possible, there may be remote or hard-to-reach locations where standard delivery isn’t available. In such cases, we’ll contact you after you place the order to suggest alternate options.
